  • Dental Front Desk Lead
  • — basically the captain of our front office ship.
You'll run the schedule, keep patients smiling before (and after) their appointment, lead our front desk crew, and make sure the whole office runs like a well-oiled machine. Yes, insurance and billing is part of the gig, but it's not the whole job — this role is really about people, organization, and keeping the front office running well. If you're organized, quick on your feet, good with people, and don't rattle easily on a busy Monday morning, we want to meet you. What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Running the Front Desk
  • Own the daily schedule and keep patient flow smooth
  • Greet patients and handle check-in/check-out like the pro you are
  • Answer phones, answer questions, and keep the recall list from becoming a ghost town
  • Keep patient records accurate and HIPAA-compliant
  • Support the office manager on front desk procedures and treatment plan presentations
  • The Behind-the-Scenes Insurance & Billing Stuff
  • Submit and manage insurance claims and pre-authorizations
  • Check patient eligibility/benefits before appointments so there are no surprises
  • Post payments and send out billing statements
  • Follow up on claim denials and advocate for our patients
  • Keep an eye on accounts receivable so nothing slips through the cracks What We're Looking For
  • Previous dental front office experience preferred.
  • Billing/insurance experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker if you're a fast learner
  • Comfortable with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) a plus
  • Self-starter energy — you don't need someone hovering to get things done
  • Great communication skills and a lot of patience
  • A sense of humor is always a plus Why You'll Like Working Here
  • 401(k) + 401(k) matching
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Continuing education credits + tuition reimbursement
  • Free parking
  • Employee discount
  • Professional development support
  • No nights, no weekends — your social life stays intact Ready to Apply?
