Job Description
The Aesthetic Dental Center is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to join our great team. We are a privately owned practice located in Concord, NH who prides ourselves in providing our patients with excellent dental care and a high level of customer service. Experience in the dental field is preferred, but we will train the right person. Pay will be commensurate with experience. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
- Answering the phone and scheduling patient appointments
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong administrative and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work flow
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy
- Knowledge of Dentrix or other dental software systems is a plus Our practice is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with work hours of 7:30 AM
- 5:00 PM.
