The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for dental providers. Review and manage patient care plans, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Handle dental billing processes, including insurance verification and claims submission. Utilize electronic health record systems for patient documentation and records management. Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks related to patient information and billing. Assist with office administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean reception area. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care. Skills Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. Proficient in computerized systems for medical billing and documentation review. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and staff professionally. Attention to detail in managing care plans and patient records. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional customer service.
