Our facility specializes in chiropractic care, physical therapy, modalities, and regenerative care. Job Description:
Greeting patients with hospitality both in person and by phone. Schedule patient appointments efficiently and effectively for both the patient and staff . Maintain patient accounts by recording payment and updating personal and financial information accordingly. Facilitate patient care by assisting patients with forms, questions, and care. Communicate with staff effectively to ensure effective work. Keep waiting and reception areas clean and inviting. Abide by medical office procedures ensuring patient confidentiality. Assist staff with medical paperwork. Cross collaborate with billing, medical doctors, and technicians.
Job Requirement:
Required to work all medical hours specifically afternoons/evenings (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
Office Hours:
Mondays 2:45 pm-8:00 pm Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:45 am - 1:00pm and 2:45pm -8:00 pm Maximum hours 20-25 (Part time) Possibility for Full time based on experience.
