Schaeflen Management LLC is seeking a motivated, personable Dental Inside Sales/Front Desk professional to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and existing patients Present and explain dental treatment plans, financing options, and membership programs to patients Manage front desk administrative duties including patient check-in, check-out, and records management Coordinate with dental staff to optimize scheduling and maximize patient flow Follow up on unscheduled treatment and reactivate lapsed patients to drive case acceptance Process insurance verifications, billing, and patient payments accurately Maintain a welcoming and professional front office atmosphere to enhance the patient experience

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental office, medical front desk, or healthcare sales role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset Proven ability to meet sales goals or drive case acceptance in a dental/medical setting Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities Positive, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude
