Job Description

Looking to hire medical receptionist in OBGYN office to perform the following: The Medical Receptionist and Medical Assistant positions provide the patients with their initial experience of the practice. Therefore, the individual is expected to provide exceptional customer service to the patients, guests, and vendors. This individual is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of patient information and should have the ability to be responsive to patients' needs in person, or over the telephone.
Position skills:
Knowledge of medical and computer terminology Prior experience in medical practice (OB/GYN experience is a plus) Answer calls in a professional manner Bilingual Prior experience with (EHR) Electronic Health Records (Use of Nextgen is a plus) Possess strong computer skills (We are a paperless office) and know how to use Word and Excel. Utilize email for communication between staff and patients. Ability to keep information and workspace organized. We are actively seeking someone who loves to brighten the day of others along with the desire to become familiar with our patients and their needs. This person has the ability to remain positive, kind, and respectful under pressure, deliver quality care while staying focused & organized, multi-task effectively, has the willingness to learn and take direction to properly implement tasks accordingly, and brings a teamwork philosophy that will ensure the necessary support needed for the providers, patients, and your fellow coworkers. The pay rate is competitive based on experience.
