In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients while supporting our dedicated dental team.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services and procedures. Process insurance claims and verify patient coverage. Maintain a clean and organized front office environment. Assist with billing and payment processing. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a smooth patient flow. Manage phone calls and respond to emails promptly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Dental office experience of at least 1-3 years. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in dental software, Dentrix is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Friendly demeanor with a passion for patient care. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of insurance policies and billing procedures. Team player with a positive attitude.
