Front Desk Medical Receptionist to work with our team of Podiatry in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience is a plus but not necessary. You are going to be working from 8:00
- 4:00pm Monday
- Friday.
- Comfortable with using Electronic Medical Records and Electronic Internet Based Application

We are currently seeking a full time medical receptionist.

Full-time Job Requirements High School Diploma required. Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish required .

- Administrative duties ( coordinating patient and physician schedules)
- Bookkeeping (file management and office organization)
- Obtain insurance information and any other necessary data.
- Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents. Protects patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Answer multi-line phones and handle the caller's needs yourself.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying the provider of the patient's arrival; reminding the provider of service delays.
- Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits.
- Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs.
