PM What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial services location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Serve as the primary front desk contact by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests appropriately. Monitor access to the facility, maintain accurate visitor and incident-related records, and communicate relevant information to authorized personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Assist with maintaining a professional lobby environment and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and adherence to access-control protocols.Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
