Now hiring Medical Receptionists for a busy urology practice with multiple offices. Positions are open for all four offices in
New Jersey:
Hamilton, Freehold, Toms River, and Whiting. Full-Time & Part Time Positions Available We are looking for self-motivated professional individuals with attention to detail and a desire to work in a fast pace setting Learn new skills and find opportunity for growth with a successful private practice Pay is commensurate with experience The ideal candidate has: 2+ years of experience Urology experience is a big PLUS Main Job Duties and Responsibilities Handle all aspects of patient administration; greet & check-in patients, assisting patients with forms and documentation, move patients through appointments, register patient accounts, maintain & manage patient records, collect copays and balances, check-out patients after appointment Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries; transfer calls as required Verify insurance eligibility Obtain external medical reports as required by medical professionals Respond and comply to requests for information Complete other clerical duties as assigned Maintain stock of forms and office supplies Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality Qualifications and Skills of a Medical Receptionist in
Urology Are:
Customer Service Oriented Personality Bilingual English & Spanish a plus Must have reliable transportation Computer literacy, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred. Good organizational skills, initiative, follow-through and the ability to meet deadlines.
