All Shifts- 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, & 11p

FT Staff Observation Aide Requirements:
- Assisting with the front desk duties as needed
- Passing of ice waters each shift
- Passing of snacks as needed
- Making the beds and assisting with the rooms remaining "neat" that the new admission rooms have essential needs including call-bells, remotes, fully made beds with pillows, etc.
- New Admission
- assisting them to feel at home and settled in their room (unpacking and gathering clothing that will need labeling)
- Accompany the residents on their needed appointments or outings
- Maintain open communication between clients and their families as a liaison
- Companionship 1:1 if assigned as needed
- Assist during meal time with passing, feeding and collecting of the trays
Must Haves:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and special needs clients with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
