As we continue to grow, we are looking for new talent in 2026 to join our family & now is the perfect time to apply. Expanding Dermatology practice seeking an Experienced Front Desk Medical Receptionist to work with our team of medical dermatologists and physician assistants in a fast-paced environment. We have four convenient locations in Old Bridge, Freehold, Toms River & Union NJ. All new and state of the art! We're looking for a professional who believes that patients should be treated as people rather than numbers in a file, and who understands the value of compassionate service. There are a few advancement opportunities for the successful applicant.Skills and Requirements:
- 2 years of experience is a must for current or last job & you have to be flexible with hours including Saturday.. No exceptions
- Comfortable with using Electronic Medical Records and Electronic Internet Based Application

Competitive Salary Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties ( coordinating patient and physician schedules)
- Bookkeeping (file management and office organization)
- Obtain insurance information and any other necessary data.
- Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents. Protects patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying the provider of the patient's arrival; reminding the provider of service delays.
- Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits.
- Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs.
