Position:
Dental Receptionist (Full-time or Part-time)
Location:
The Village, Jersey City (Walking distance from Grove Street PATH Station) We're a fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice in Jersey City looking for an organized and friendly Dental Receptionist to be the face of our front desk. If you enjoy helping people, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to meet you!
What We're Looking For:
A professional with a warm, welcoming attitude and excellent communication skills Someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys multitasking A team player who helps create a smooth, stress-free experience for our patients
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients with a positive and professional demeanor Scheduling and confirming appointments Answering phones and responding to inquiries Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays Maintaining accurate patient records and managing daily office tasks Supporting the clinical team with administrative needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a dental or medical office setting Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, etc.) Bilingual (a plus, but not required)
Compensation:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
