Dental Front Desk Assistant - Great Opportunity to Grow! We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our dental team as a Front Desk Assistant . This is a great opportunity for someone who has some front desk or customer service experience and is eager to grow their skills in a professional dental office.
What You'll Be Doing:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient scheduling Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule to ensure smooth patient flow Present and review treatment plans with patients Collect co-pays and payments at time of service Maintain accurate patient records Support the dental team with administrative and front office tasks
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Some experience in a front desk or administrative role (dental experience is a plus, but not required) Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental software is preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Excellent professional communication skills, both in person and on the phone Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients Strong attention to detail and organization A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn We're looking for someone who is ready to grow in their career.
