Job Description

We are an out of network pain practice seeking an
EXPERIENCED
front desk receptionist. •Medical office experience is required. Experience in pain management, orthopedic, or podiatry is HIGHLY preferred •Join our team in a dynamic and patient-focused environment where your skills make a real impact every day! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients—greeting and registering them with professionalism and a warm, friendly approach. You'll manage incoming calls and ensure they are directed efficiently to the appropriate departments, while also coordinating appointment scheduling and collecting patient payments. You'll play a key role behind the scenes as well, supporting administrative tasks such as scanning documents, reconciling daily collections, and managing online communications. While out-of-network experience is a plus, it is not required—we're happy to train the right candidate. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can multitask with ease, and brings strong problem-solving and communication skills to the table. Bilingual candidates and quick learners are highly valued. Occasional travel to another location may be required, and transportation will be provided when needed.
