Availability to work in Morris Plains and Morristown is a MUST. Excellent opportunity to join a busy allergy, asthma and immunology practice with eight offices located in Riverdale, Paramus, River Edge, Morristown, Morris Plains, Bridgewater, Edison, as well as West Nyack, New York. We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications for our Morris Plains and Morristown, NJ office: Excellent interpersonal skills including an enthusiastic attitude and empathy for the patients. Strong organizational skills. Team player. Work well with others within the organization. Willingness and motivation to learn the multiple aspects of a medical office. Detail oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Available to work some evenings and weekends Available to work in Morris Plains and Morristown, NJ Responsibilities will primarily include: Answer phones. Schedule patient appointments. Prepare and bring patients into the exam rooms. Helping to keep the office tidy. Available to work in Morris Plains and Morristown, NJ is a must.
