The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical administrative procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing appointment scheduling, handling medical records, and supporting clinical staff with administrative duties. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic operations and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression while managing check-in and check-out procedures. Schedule appointments accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Meditech, or Athenahealth, while coordinating with clinical staff to optimize daily workflows. Verify patient insurance information, process payments, and handle medical billing and collections in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
