Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing a variety of administrative and clinical support tasks. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing outstanding front desk customer service Schedule appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Verify patient insurance coverage a Handle phone communication professionally, directing calls and answering inquiries promptly Support clinical staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications Requirements Proven experience in a medical office setting or healthcare environment with clinic experience preferred Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and clear communication abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with strict adherence to HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and health information management Previous experience working in dental clinics or healthcare offices is advantageous Join our team to make a meaningful impact on patient experiences while advancing your career in medical administrative support. Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
