We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. The Role You'll be the first face patients see and the person who guides them through their care. This role blends front office operations with treatment coordination — helping patients understand their options and feel confident moving forward. What You'll Do
  • Greet patients warmly and make them feel at home
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily flow
  • Handle check-in, check-out, and patient communication
  • Answer phones with confidence and professionalism
  • Present treatment plans and walk patients through their options
  • Help patients feel informed and empowered to say yes to the care they need
  • Coordinate financial arrangements and collect payments
