FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST IN BURLINGTON COUNTY

Dental Front Desk Receptionist Employment Type:

Full-Time SureSmiles Dental Studio is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing dental practice in Willingboro, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in patients Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient paperwork Check patients in and out Collect payments and explain treatment estimates Confirm appointments and coordinate follow-ups Maintain an organized and professional front desk Work closely with the dental team to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications:

Previous dental front desk experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Familiarity with dental insurance and practice-management software is a plus

Day Probationary Period:

The first 90 days of employment will be considered a probationary period. At the end of this period, performance, responsibilities, reliability, and overall fit with the practice will be reviewed. Compensation may also be reconsidered based on performance and experience.
