Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through treatment completion. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and documentation. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in the preparation of treatment plans based on patient assessments. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and procedures. Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Visting neighboring offices for marketing Utilize dental software, such as Dentrix, for scheduling and record management. Support clinical staff by providing necessary information related to patient care. Assist with medical imaging and 3D scanning as required for treatment planning. Ensure a high standard of aseptic technique is maintained during all procedures. Collaborate with dental assistants and receptionists to enhance patient experience. Stay informed about the latest developments in pediatric dentistry and related fields. Requirements Proven experience in medical or dental settings, preferably as a Treatment Coordinator or similar role. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical coding, and documentation practices. Familiarity with dental assisting procedures is highly desirable. Experience with medical imaging techniques and equipment is a plus. Proficiency in using dental software systems like Dentrix is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail. A background in pediatrics is advantageous but not mandatory.
