We are a high volume, successful neurosurgery practice requiring dedication and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. What's the job? Scheduling appointments Speaking with referring physician offices to schedule new patient appointments Retrieving voicemail messages from patients or referring physician offices Verifying new patient insurance eligibility and benefits Informing patients of information required at the time of appointment What's required? A high level of organization and attention to detail with demonstrated appointment scheduling skills Familiarity with medical office appointment setting practices and procedures, including experience documenting accurate health insurance information High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with EMR, Athena preferred Maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA standards If you meet these qualifications, then please submit your resume!
