Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations. Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services. Collect and verify patient insurance information. Process payments and manage billing inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Knowledge of Dentrix practice management software. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred. Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
