Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team! You will perform routine administrative assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. The right candidate should be motivated, personable, well-organized, and flexible, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment and respectful of co-workers while maintaining commitment to patient care. Responsibilites include but are not limited to: Greeting patients upon arrival Handling all administrative duties such as checking in/out patients, obtaining demographic and insurance information Verifying insurance eligibility and deductibles Prior Authorizations and Referrals Collecting patient co-payments Answering busy phone calls Recording and attending to patient inquiries Taking accurate messages Filing/pulling charts Schedule/Confirming patient appointments Providing all patients and staff with guidance and support as needed Must be able to work well with co-workers
