Job Description

It's personal for us. We're looking for a receptionist who is friendly, organized, enthusiastic and is a team player to work in our Endwell and Kirkwood, NY offices. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently Welcoming patients and providing an excellent first impression. Answering the phones, and assisting patient with their needs. Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays and payments Maintain patient records and update information as necessary Must have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Passion for helping others, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. We're more than a dental practice, we're a family dedicated to enhancing smiles. The ideal candidate will gain experience working in a dental office setting, and we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills. This position will include rotational Saturdays 7:30-12:00pm
