Overview Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Must have one year experience in a medical office to apply. Our office uses the Medent electronic medical record system. We are looking for candidates with Medent experience preferentially, but having electronic medical record experience is a must. We are currently looking for someone who can work and fill in for our

  • 7pm We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office by providing exceptional administrative support to staff and patients. Responsibilities Medical Receptionist/Front Desk
  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain electronic medical records and ensure their confidentiality
  • Verify insurance information and assist with medical billing inquiries
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate patient referrals
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and data entry Skills Medical Receptionist/Front Desk
  • Proficiency in medical office procedures and terminology
  • Experience with the medical scheduling software MEDENT.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff
  • Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus for better patient care
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in medical reception or related field is preferred
Pay:
$18.00
