We are seeking a dental office administrator to join our beautiful, busy multi-doctor, boutique dental practice, located on the sunny North Shore of Long Island. Experience in general dentistry preferred. Our philosophy is that when it comes to our dental patients, everything matters. Therefore, exceptional customer service is essential. Our team strives to deliver the highest quality patient care in a setting that is welcoming, friendly, relaxed, and professional. We would love a person who is warmhearted, with a friendly, positive, professional demeanor. The ability to communicate well with patients and team members, even at challenging moments, is necessary.

  • Strong Treatment Planning & Presentation Skills
  • Payment Arrangements/Options
  • Collections
  • Meeting/Greeting
  • Strong Communication and Telephone Skills
  • Scheduling and maximizing patient flow for productivity
  • Knowledge of Insurance Claims Processing and Verification
  • Word, Excel, Dental Software (Eaglesoft preferred)
  • Outstanding written skills

  • The office is CLOSED Friday through Sunday.
Pay:
$20.00
  • $30.
