Applicant must have excellent communication skills, be well organized, self-motivated, and be a good team player able to work well under pressure. Applicants must have a flexible schedule. Full-time position Applicants with experience in medical billing, medical records, and audits will be given priority 35 hours a week PM shift DUTIES
  • Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Check-in patients and enter information into computer systems
  • Communicate with insurance companies and complete authorizations
  • Maintain an orderly office environment
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word is a must
Requirements:
  • Previous medical experience preferred but not necessary
  • Fluent in the Spanish language
  • Must have a friendly personality and the ability to build rapport with patients
  • Must have the ability to multitask and take initiative
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
