The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing professional and compassionate customer service while ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$18-$36 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Compensation is determined by dental front desk experience, familiarity with Open Dental, and dental insurance knowledge. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the dental calendar Respond to patient inquiries and provide clear information about services offered Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Utilize dental software to manage patient information and appointments Handle front desk administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of front desk experience in a dental office (required) Solid understanding of dental insurance and PPO plans preferred Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Professional, calm, and patient-focused communication skills Ability to work independently and manage front desk responsibilities without constant supervision Please Note To allow our team to focus on patient care, we do not accept phone calls, walk-in inquiries, or direct messages regarding this position.
