Responsibilities Answer phone calls and assist patients Schedule appointments using computer scheduling systems Perform patient follow-up Maintain office organization and workflow Provide excellent customer service Assist with general front desk and administrative duties Requirements Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Required) Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word Excel Strong multitasking and organizational skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Friendly, professional, and dependable Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred Job Details Full-time only (No students) Monday to Friday 8-hour shift
