You'll:
Represent Precision Pilates at networking events, health fairs, farmers markets, festivals, and community events. Develop partnerships that increase studio visibility and generate referrals. Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including cross-promotions, flyer distribution, and business-to-business outreach. Build and manage referral relationships with local businesses and existing members. Membership Sales & Client Success When someone reaches out to us, you'll help create an exceptional first impression.
You'll:
Welcome prospective members. Conduct studio tours and introductory consultations. Learn about each person's goals and recommend the best program for their needs. Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text. Help prospective clients become long-term members. Maintain accurate records in our CRM and sales systems. Help achieve monthly membership, referral, and retail goals. This isn't about high-pressure sales. It's about helping people find the right solution for their goals. Member Experience & Studio Support Great studios aren't built on equipment. They're built on relationships. You'll help create the warm, welcoming environment Precision Pilates is known for by: Delivering exceptional customer service. Assisting members with scheduling, questions, and account needs. Encouraging long-term engagement through personalized communication. Supporting front desk operations. Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional studio environment. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Naturally outgoing and enjoys talking with people. Positive, professional, and dependable. Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others. Comfortable networking and representing our studio throughout the community. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Confident making phone calls and following up with leads. Goal-oriented without being pushy. Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software (or willing to learn). Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, community outreach, or wellness is a plus, but your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn matter most.
