REQUIREMENTS

(NON-NEGOTIABLE): Fluent in BOTH Spanish and English (spoken and written) Phone sales experience in a Medical Spa, Plastic Surgery, or Cosmetic Dermatology practice Proven cold-calling and Call center experience Ability to confidently collect consultation fees and convert inquiries into booked appointments About the Role We are a busy, Internal Medicine practice and part time cosmetic surgery practice in Northport, NY seeking a receptionist & Aesthetic Sales Specialist . We have 2 locations one in Northport and one in Queens. We are looking for an employee who can travel to Northport. This position combines front-desk responsibilities with active phone sales for booked appointments as well as working with patients with insurance in primary care setting. This role is ideal for someone who understands aesthetic medicine, patient psychology, objection handling, and the value of expert consultations .

www.levamedical.com Key Responsibilities Greet patients and manage front-desk operations professionally Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked consultations Perform outbound cold calls to new and existing leads Collect consultation fees confidently and explain their value Follow up with leads to maximize booking and show-up rates Educate patients on aesthetic and cosmetic procedures offered by the practice What We're Looking For Mature employee Demonstrated success converting leads into paid consultations Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and objection-handling skills Prior reception or call center experience.
