The Medical Receptionist II provides office support to service providers and performs patient care and administrative duties necessary to deliver quality patient care.
Qualifications Responsibilities:
Education Required Must complete in-house orientation program High School diploma or equivalent Experience And Skills Speaks, reads and writes English Minimum one year in customer service or reception in a health care environment Working knowledge of insurance and pre-certification process, Medical Terminology required License/Certifications • Working Conditions Other information: Working Conditions Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn Involves sitting approximately 90 percent of the day, walking or standing the remainder. Handling telephones, computers, bending and lifting.
