The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered. Perform insurance verification. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Keep the front desk area organized and presentable. Experience Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a dental clinic setting. Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance verification processes, and coding practices is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficient in using office equipment and software for scheduling and record keeping. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
