What You'll Do Welcome patients with a warm, friendly smile. Answer phones and assist patients with their questions. Schedule and confirm appointments. Coordinate patient check-ins and check-outs. Assist with treatment presentations, payments, and insurance questions. Support our doctors and team in creating an outstanding patient experience. Help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. What We're Looking For A positive, outgoing personality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Someone who is dependable, professional, and eager to learn. A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
