The position is for the following day(s) and hour(s) Monday from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM Tuesday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM Wednesday from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM Thursday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM Saturday from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing primary care medical practice. This is an important role within our practice and is often the first point of contact for our patients. Every day is different, and the right candidate will enjoy staying busy, working as part of a supportive team, and helping provide an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

Answering and managing a high-volume, multi-line phone system Scheduling patient appointments Coordinating specialist referrals and authorizations Verifying insurance information Checking patients in and out Maintaining accurate patient records Assisting patients with questions and navigating their care Supporting providers and staff with daily office operations

Qualifications:

Previous medical office experience preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and remain professional during busy periods Attention to detail and strong work ethic Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a significant plus Our office is busy and fast-paced, so this position is best suited for someone who enjoys staying engaged throughout the day, can adapt to changing priorities, and works well under pressure.
