Job Summary Our client, a leading New York health system, is seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Practice Coordinator to support daily operations within a busy outpatient practice. The individual will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and clinical staff while ensuring an efficient and welcoming office environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Manage and respond to EPIC in-basket messages, forwarding requests to the appropriate department or provider. Maintain and file patient paperwork and medical documentation accurately. Verify patient demographics and insurance information. Support front desk operations and administrative workflows. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior healthcare, medical office, or front desk experience preferred. Experience using

EPIC EMR

strongly preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
