Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Dental receptionist to manage the front desk operations in a busy dental practice. Duties include scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance, collecting payment, verifying and providing excellent patient service. Dental experience is preferred . Strong communication, organization, and professionalism are essential. We are looking for a competent dental receptionist who will make the dentist's office more efficient and pleasant for patients. Dental receptionists should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible. Skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable dental/medical experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
