Job Description

State of the art dental practice is seeking a front desk receptionist to join our busy team at our Brecksville location. The ideal candidate must be a friendly, organized, hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and greeting clients when they arrive at the office. The position requires meaningful past experience at the front desk of a dental office and competency using Dentrix dental software. All administrative dental insurance knowledge including insurance verification, submission of claims, posting payments to patient accounts, and schedule building/confirmation is expected. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining a full schedule for hygienists and doctors by scheduling and confirming appointments and working pending/recall appointment schedule Answering phone calls and scheduling the appointments or answering questions posed by the caller. Processing claims and pre-determinations electronically or manually and following up with insurance companies for timely payments Discussing financial arrangements with patients and collecting on delinquent accounts Managing patient records including posting procedures, payments, clinical notes etc. Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
