Dental Receptionist - Join Our Private Practice Family! Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional patient experiences? We are a well-established, patient-focused private dental practice looking for a dedicated full-time Dental Receptionist to be the warm and welcoming face of our office. The Role - DENTAL
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
As the Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with dental office systems, and the ability to handle sensitive health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Coordination:
Scheduling and confirming appointments, managing the patient flow, and handling patient check-in/check-out procedures.
Administrative Duties:
Answering phones, managing correspondence, maintaining accurate patient records (electronic and paper), and keeping the reception area tidy.
Financial Management:
Verifying dental insurance eligibility, submitting and tracking claims, processing payments, and discussing treatment costs with patients.
Team Collaboration:
Communicating effectively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a dental office. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
