Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Front Office Medical professional to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, medical office experience, and a passion for delivering excellent patient service. This role involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Duties Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance authorization, and handle billing processes using medical billing software such as Practice Fusion, Availity and insurance portals. Maintain accurate medical records and electronic health records (EHR) systems including Practice Fusion. Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Assist with patient intake procedures, including collecting medical history and updating demographic information. Support clinical staff by preparing documentation reviews, coding procedures with
