• 5:00pm Subject to change due to patient scheduling Primary Duties Be a positive and friendly face greeting patients both in person and on the phone Enjoy working in a positive team environment that is drama free Work front office operations Morning duties include turning on computers, lights View schedule ahead of time to be prepared for the day/week Attend morning huddle sessions for the day's game plan•as needed Answer phones according to office policy Schedule patients for consultations and procedures and ensure patients are scheduled properly by viewing the schedule ahead of time to avoid any conflicts Print billing slips Check patients out Collect money Scan documents in to the EHR Schedule follow up appointments Enter new patient information into EHR Be knowledgeable of all procedures for patient education
