Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities :
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of the dental team's time.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and managing patient records.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with managing dental supplies and office inventory.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling patient forms. Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role is essential.
- A strong background in hospitality management is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in guest services and customer service is necessary
Preferred:
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance processes.
Skills :
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in handling dental software like Dentrix.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a similar environment is preferred.
- Pay is based on Experience and can be negotiable.
