We create beautiful smiles using the latest orthodontic techniques including braces and aligners. If you are looking to work hard, have fun, and be an important part of an amazing team, feel free to apply. An ideal candidate would be one that understands how to balance a variety of tasks in order to keep the practice and patients on track. This would include, but is not limited to cheerfully answering the phones for multiple offices, greeting patients/parents when they come in for appointments, coordination of multi-step appointments, checking patients in and out, checking and addressing voice mails, managing correspondence for referring doctor requests, and maintaining excellent patient relations. An ideal candidate would also be able to help with social media campaigns and marketing, run financial reports, collect due balances from patients, and verify patient insurance. This is a part-time or full-time position (approximately 34 hours/week) Monday through Friday. No weekends and no evenings required.
