Job Description

Our office is GROWING and we are looking for a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to join our dental work family. We strive to provide an honest, compassionate approach to dentistry. Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 7:40 AM
  • 5 PM (Thursday hours change in May through the first Thursday in October; hours are 6:40 AM
  • 2 PM) Possible one Friday per month : 7:40 AM

PM Dental Treatment Coordinator Qualifications:
  • Dental Office Experience:
    One year required
  • Open Dental Dental Software:
    Preferred
  • Desire to make every patient's experience "rave worthy"
  • Proven ability to clearly explain treatment plans and help navigate insurance and financial arrangements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Capable of keeping up with a high-pace office
  • A willingness to grow, learn, and try new things Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Support and align daily operations with the core purpose and values of the practice.
  • Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and concise manner
  • Present financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say "yes"
  • Calculate and collect co-payments at time of service
  • Manage provider schedules to maximize productivity while protecting excellent patient care
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails/correspondence, in a timely and professional manner
  • Greet patients, manage hygiene recall, confirm appointments handle billing, verify insurance benefits, and schedule appointments.
  • Educate patients regarding their treatment plans, answer questions, and guide them through financial considerations If you are motivated, reliable, and bring a positive attitude, we would love to meet you!
