Are you passionate about helping people hear and improve their quality of life? Join our team in providing outstanding care to patients on their hearing health journey! We are seeking a front office coordinator who will be the first friendly face patients meet when they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly with a smile and provide an excellent first impression Manage patient scheduling confirmations, and appointment flow Answer phones and handle patient inquiries with professionalism and compassion Maintain accurate patient records and update information in our system Support insurance verification and billing processes Assist the clinical team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations Create a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment
Qualifications:
Previous medical or hearing health office experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Comfortable with scheduling systems and computer software A team player with a positive attitude Passionate about helping others improve their hearing health
