Job Description

We're a friendly dental office looking for a caring, reliable Front Office staff to join our team. Our focus is creating a positive experience for kids and supporting families with gentle, high‑quality care. Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 8:00-5:00.
Desired Skills Insurance & Billing:
Verifying eligibility/benefits, submitting e-claims, pre-authorizations, and explaining co-pays or treatment plans to patients.
Schedule Optimization:
Managing provider books, balancing appointment lengths, handling cancellations, and filling last-minute openings.
Financial Coordination:
Collecting payments at time of service, managing accounts receivable, and setting up payment arrangements.
Communication & Tech Literacy:
Handle phone inquiries professionally, multi-line phone management, charting, and fast/accurate data entry.
Dental Terminology:
understanding of CDT dental codes, procedure sequencing, and basic clinical terminology.
