We are a patient-focused, modern dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to be the first smile our patients see when they walk through our doors. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to meet you! Our practice is open 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday). We are looking for a part-time candidate who is flexible and reliable! Responsibilities Greet patients with professionalism and warmth Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when needed Check patients in and out efficiently Collect patient payments and explain financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient records Coordinate the daily schedule to maximize efficiency Confirm appointments and manage recall lists Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and team members Provide an outstanding patient experience from start to finish Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred (1+ year) Knowledge of dental insurance is a plus Experience with dental software (Dentrix) preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented We have a great team and our looking to add someone who is a team player!
Pay:
$15.00 - $23.00 per hour
