We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, loves creating a welcoming atmosphere, and can confidently guide patients through scheduling and financial arrangements. If you have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to meet you! Schedule Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Enjoy a three-day weekend every week! What You'll Do Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly smile Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Discuss treatment fees and review financial options with patients Prepare and start payment agreements and financing contracts Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records Keep the front office running smoothly and efficiently Work closely with our clinical team to create an outstanding patient experience
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a warm, welcoming, and professional personality Loves interacting with people and making them feel comfortable Is confident discussing financial arrangements in a caring, non-pressure environment Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Has excellent communication and customer service skills Is dependable, motivated, and enjoys working as part of a team Previous dental, orthodontic, medical, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
