Dental Receptionist — Cosmetic Dental Practice We're looking for an energetic, personable, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team at one of Cleveland's top cosmetic dental practices! We're looking for someone who loves working with people, enjoys being part of a fun and positive team, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment they call until they walk out our door. Responsibilities Greet and warmly welcome patients Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Submit and follow up on insurance claims Take and post patient payments Review treatment plans with patients and explain recommended treatment, insurance benefits, and financial responsibilities Help patients understand their treatment options and feel comfortable moving forward with care Check patients in and walk them out after appointments Maintain accurate patient and account information Work closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For 2+ years of dental front-office experience Strong Dentrix Ascend experience is very important and highly preferred Eaglesoft experience is a plus Experience with dental insurance verification, claims, and payments Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Excellent communication and phone skills Positive, energetic personality and a great attitude Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player Cosmetic dentistry experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Great work-life balance and a consistent schedule Uniform allowance Growth and advancement opportunities Potential for future leadership/management opportunities Fun, positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a leading cosmetic dental practice If you're confident, friendly, motivated, and genuinely enjoy making patients feel comfortable and cared for, we'd love to meet you!
